What's Next?
A meeting is being held Monday, April 5th in Tallahassee from noon to 8PM. It will be held in Webster Hall in the House office building.
I am concerned at the speed and lack of consideration our legislators are displaying regarding the potential passing of such a momumental bill with such far-reaching implications. The sucking sound you are about to hear will be the vacuum sound left by the thousands of veteran teachers either retiring or relocating to another state (not to mention the exodus of education majors either changing careers or destinations). I can only hope that the good people of FLorida will retaliate with an equally loud sucking sound of politicians being flushed from office in November. Your children deserve the best.....not what is left over.
